替代云母散热片，方便使用于电子、电器、汽车机械等机体内部零件，达到散热、绝缘之功效。另可依用途任意改变规格尺寸与形状。

厚度： TO-220、TO-3P、TO-3 為 0.3mm
             TO-220-BH、TO-3P-BH 為 0.5mm

颜色：灰色。

The dimension tolerance between 0 to 10mm is ±0.1mm.
The dimension tolerance between 10 to 100mm is ±0.2mm.
The dimension tolerance over 100mm is ±0.3mm.          
The thicknesses are 0.23 to 0.8mm, tolerance is ±0.02mm.
